    The term ‘holistic’ refers to an integrated and intuitive approach, grounded in an anatomical understanding of the body and learnt techniques, whilst being led by deep listening, embodied sensing and intuition. Beth will work with you to find the right pressure, and can be as light or as deep as you need.

I combine acupressure, massage, flowing movement and joint rotations to disperse tension, reduce pain, promote relaxation and healthy functioning of body systems (circulation, breathing, digestion…).

          Susan qualified as a counsellor in 2007. She is trained as an integrated practitioner, with psychodynamic as her core model. She incorporates personal construct theory, cognitive behavioural therapy and person centred therapy. She has also completed the “Essentials” in psychosynthesis and training in dreamwork, abuse, sexuality and gender and trauma.

          Susan also offers coaching, helping to develop personal awareness and understanding blocks to dealing with issues.

          Susan offers counselling supervision individually or in groups.

            Lorena practices Craniosacral therapy. This is a gentle, hands on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the Craniosacral system which is made up of the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

              From the initial consultation Douglas will work with you toward your specific aims, whether stress management or the relief of pain.
