Counselling
I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, exploration of identity, and relationship difficulties. I have considerable experience working with mental health and a specialism in trauma. For more than 20 years I have worked in ecotherapy in adult and adolescent services.
I have a diploma in Transactional Analysis counselling (accredited by COSCA). I am committed to ongoing training and am currently completing my 4th year of advanced clinical psychotherapy training.
